First of all, a Big Congrats to Harish and Jeni! who got engaged last weekend. *giggle* It's always exciting when a suitemate gets engaged. Why I remember before they were going out and Harish first asked Jeni to the Mardi Gras dance I think it was, and Jeni gave a little notebook note "Jeni wins!" I think I have it saved. It was in Barbarian Europe. She's probably terribly embarassed if she's reading this. She was very hyper for a long time after that too. Well, more hyper than she normally was. But that was to be expected. But I have two words for them. Jeni Wins! Yes Harish, we were all pulling for Jeni to be terribly happy, and we still are, so we're glad that you have made our Jeni quite extatic. Good Harish, we love you too.
Well, in other news, who am I kidding, there is no other news! lol. Well it's hot and sticky and icky here. But I made a Fourth of July mix last night. Yes, for those who were wondering, it does end in the 1812 Overture and Stars and Stripes Forever. What do you think me, some kind of freak not to end a 4th mix with those songs? Puh-lease! Hello, Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops ends with that EVERY YEAR (Keith is hot). Furthermore, John Williams did it when he was the conductor for the Boston Pops. But even though Keith was cuter, John Williams got to bring R2D2 and C3PO to conduct Star Wars medleys. Why? 'Cause he had connections. Like he knew the guy who wrote the stuff or someting. Hey! Oh and a note to John Williams, I have a little slot saved in my CD binder for the Star Wars Episode 3 Soundrack. It would like to be filled. Desperately. But I'll take another Harry Potter soundtrack if you must.
