Well, well, well, I finally got my butt in gear regarding scanning some photos. Of course the page is incomplete yet, but I know you all had some burning curiosity as to what I look like so I'll succumb and show you one of the things I scanned today.
Yup. That's me. 4 years ago, but I really don't change all that much in appearance, so yes, I still pretty much look like that. Only I don' thave that wicked cool dress anymore. SOMEONE was goign to alter it, but when I refused to give him the cat that I had raised from a kitten, that was technically "his" but I was taking care of it in my suite at school... feeding it, the vet bills, housing him, loving him, etc., he wouldn't give back the fabric. I'd still rather have my Orpheus than to have that dress. Anyway, I made myself a cool dress last summer, which rocks 'cause I sewed the entire damn thing by hand. Matching cape too, but I don't have pictures of me in the dress and cape. But anyway, my dress is better because, well, it was long enough for me. Plus that, it's basically a one-size fits all, and I have a cool girdle/waist cincher, and a chemise to wear under it, and a chain belt to hang things off of and... well, I'll get the photos up when I next grab another moment at the scanner.
The other thing you should see a photo of is Pop.
Yes, that is Pop. The pink fluffy inflatable sofa. For those of you who think "Soda" reminds you of a sofa or if "soda" reminds you of something pink and fluffy or airy, well, think on Pop here. Pop was the trusty inflatable sofa who served us well. Unfortunately, after so much use, he sprung a leak, and then he sat on a balcony all winter. We still mourn Pop, but we are glad that he is forever immortalized in these photos.
