And the chair is no longer completely naked. Yes, I have fresh needles for the sewing machine and the chair is now wearing his front/bottom or whatever you call it. It's green and blue and yellow plaid. Next come the inner arms, which will be green. And then the outer arms, which will also be green. Then the inner back which will be plaid and then the outer back which will be blue, and then the little fringe at the bottom wich will be yellow. And then I get to sew stuff for the cushions. Which will also be those various colors.
Orpheus approves of the chair. He had fun when I got out the staple gun. NO! Don't call PETA on me. I was stapling the chair. Orpheus was just playing with the fabric as I pulled and tugged, tugged and pulled, and I think I have ventured into a child's story.
Jumping out of that... I would have continued sewing stuff for the arms but there wasn't a second episode of Buffy on Fx. I read the stupid guide "select by title" wrong. Hmmph. So yeah. But I didn't start until 7... and I had to fix the sewing machine. This is so much fun! Yes, my chair will be loud and obnoxious and colorful. But it will be a Drag Queen chair, and that is what it wanted.
