I'm not even supposed to be on right now. So straight away, apologies to Jen, Shells, and Susie because I'm not on AIM. I had to start my computer to get an agenda for my meeting tomorrow morning (yes all morning girls--susie, no morning encouragement from me... I'll try for afternoon).

Anyway, just got back from seeing The Two Towers, because I was impatient and couldn't hold out one bit. They were right when they said that it diverged the most from the books. I don't know if it was better than the first as I was digesting it, and the theater had sucky sound. My pretty-boy survived, of course. But I have to say, Legolas Love aside, that Gollum stole the movie. He really did. Kudos to the poor poor man who played him and for the sake of the movie had to jump in freezing water to pretend to catch fish, then RESHOOT all his scenes so his entire body could be edited out and this adorable scap of patheticness substituted. Yes, my honey did good, killed a bunch of orcs and kept thinking his buddies up and died on him. Poor elf, I will hug you. I have a few more things to say. Aragorn: choose the human! even though he won't listen. I know he won't. Stupid immortal fairest of the elves. Well, if I write too much then I'll spoil the movie for the people who haven't yet seen it, and that would not be good of me. God, my little elf sits a horse well. *has lusty thoughts that would turn his ears pink* So in conclusion *Pets legolas for speaking elvish, though you were a stupid poo poo head and it made me want to beat you but you made up for it, so I will continue to brush your long pretty hair* *Pets Gimli because it had to be tough to being the only dwarf and besides, your tale about dwarf men & women was a nice one* *Pets Aragorn and wonders why he has this insistence on being dirty all the time* *pets Merry & Pippin for actually showing that they are intelligent hobbits* *Pets Gollum/Smeagol because he needs good petting and some fattening up* *pets Legolas again just because* *pets Elrond 'cause he's got a daddy's girl and did what a good daddy should in the end* *pets Legolas one more time & notices he is diry & tired from all that fighting so offers him a shower and a nice soft bed* No you sick peoples, I will share no more details, and it occurs to me that I also need a shower and a nice soft bed. Imagine that. hmm...
