Dragon's Musings
16 April 2003
Well, I had a blog to write at like noon today, but I forgot what I was going to blog about. I think it must have left during one of my intense fits of sneezing. I must have sneezed the idea out of my head.
Let's see. Well [Tolkien Geek] I was sitting last night between work and yoga and started composing a theme for Morgoth/Melkor. It's really cool, in 5/4 with a wonderful theme in the cello with violins over it, and a brass fanfare every so often. Now, I have proof that Morgoth is evil. During my hour-or-so of yoga, Morgoth has proven that he is indeed the ultimate evil. He froze my computer. He froze it beyone ctrl+alt+del capabilities. Now I know it's not Sauron, because I hadn't written his theme into the music yet. Proof Morgoth is evil [/ Tolkien Geek].
But that wasn't what I was going to talk about.
Perhaps I was going to observe how relaxing yoga is. I mean to the point where it's like nothing bothers me. Or very little bothers me. Problmes that would have gotten me all upsight and frustrated are like *ah relaxed* now. I mean, I see everyone has problems and stuff, but it's like the title of that book "don't sweat the small stuff and it's all small stuff". I'm like in relaxed mental-zone. Yoga twice a week I think is a good thing for me and my mental health. Well physical health too. All over health. Yoga... highly recommended by... me. :) I mean you don't shed pounds fast, but it just makes you feel so damn good!
But I don't think that was it either.
*thinks* I mean, I can go into New York State politics, but that is just *ick* I mean, you know things are bad when the entire legislature is united against the governor. It's like the Capulets and the Montegues having a happy party and taking over Genoa. Yeah, Patacki has screwed things up that much. I can go into thoughts on other random things, but I really don't want to blog about the war or lackthereof. I've avoided it thus far and I think it's a good thing. I know this is my webspace, but it's such a touchy subject.
*thinks again* I suppose it will come back to me if it's really that important.
Anyways, I just got a phone call and will be going places out for dinner. So if this is Jen reading it, I'll be on later. Lizzy, Susie, and Meg, nice chatting with you last night.
I think that's about it. *waits for details on dinner*
[edit] No news on dinner yet, but I did remember what it was I was going to blog about! My painting decided it was was finished yesterday. It stopped wanting to stay on the easel. I mean, I put it back up several times, but it kept falling back down. So, I'm guessing that it decided it was finished. Now I need to smack my signature on it, and stick it in its frame and make it happy. That's it.
Still no news on dinner [/edit]
