Those silly Alabamans!  
The 11th Circuit court upheld an Alabama ban on the sale of sex toys. Of course, you can still buy them and bring them into the state and use them, but you just can't buy or sell them -in- Alabama.

I'm just amused by the thought of bigshot proper judges discussing sex toys in court.
