Dinner Conversation  
Due to extenuating circumstances, there was a defrosting turkey and some defrosting ice cream cakes at a friends' house! oh no! What to do with this tragedy? Why have a dinner party, of course! And it was a very nice dinner party. The turkey was good, the squash was good, and the conversation was fantastic. :) There were a couple of people that I don't normally get to have dinner with, and it was fantastic. One of the people in particular has the most graphic and amusing rants ever, and though the group wasn't one that probaly on the outside looked to be the type that would gather, goodness, we were laughing and it was a wonderful time. It should be done more often!

These are people who normally don't go to the Wednesday Night dinners because of whatever reason, and it was very refreshing. It soothed the residual anger I had at the stupid drivers that made it take so long to get from the grocery store to my house. It was... good. It was very good.

And yes, the 7 of us are probably on whatever national watch list exists for people who really don't like the current President. Oh well.
