What do you do with a B.A. in English? What is my life going to be? Four years of college and plenty of knowledge have earned me this useless degree. Art has always been a large part of my life. I always had a skewed perception of art since my grandmother was a painter. I thought it natural that everyone had large paintings in their houses. It really was an eye-opener to realize that many people get their artwork in the form of prints and posters. After all, it was natural when I got my own place to have original works of art dotting the walls. I have three of my grandmother's paintings in my house. It makes me feel connected to her.

Of course, I always was sketching and doodling in class and on the (papered) covers of my school book. I was always playing with colored pencils and different mediums. I've recently dabbled in acrylics and played with some watercolors for specific projects. What can I say, I need a creative outlet.
